Attorney General Tong has made it clear that he will fight in any court, in any state, anywhere the right to an abortion and reproductive freedom is challenged. Connecticut filed an amicus brief in Dobbs, and every major reproductive rights case leading up to it. Connecticut remains active, most recently filing two amicus briefs in cases involving access to emergency medical treatment in Texas and Idaho.
