Since taking office, Attorney General Tong has worked in close coordination with the U.S. Attorney’s Office to take on healthcare fraud and recover millions of dollars for the state Medicaid program. Here’s one example of a $14.9 million court judgment against Norwalk primary care doc Ramil Mansourov.
